Beige coloured limestone with thin grain and uniform background. This limestone presents occasional lighter and darker areas, as well as some red spots. Just like the Ataija Blue, this is a referenced limestone in Portugal with a strong presence in the domestic market. Internationally, it has a rather discreet but growing presence. There are only a few extraction quarries of Ataija Beige in Portugal, which compromises the future growth of this type of limestone.
Due to its hardness this is a limestone with large demand for exterior landscaping projects, as well as flooring.
