Description

Grey / bluish coloured marble, with medium to gross grain and intense and irregular darker vein. It presents a different structure from most Portuguese marbles. The Trigaches is a well known grey marble in Portugal but not so known abroad. It is currently extracted by few quarries with medium dimension in the south of Portugal.

There are limited reserves for future extraction. The blocks extracted can have any dimension. It is mostly used on interior flooring and wall coverings.
